Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Development Consent means the decision of the competent authority or authorities which entitles the developer to proceed with the project;
Development Consent means the consent granted by the Council to the Development Application for the Development identified in this Planning Agreement including all modifications made under section 4.55 or 4.56 of the Act. Development Contribution means the sum of the Monetary Contribution, Dedicated Land or other Public Benefits (including, without limitation, the works the subject of this Agreement) including any combination of the above. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.

  • The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement as soon as possible after the Development Consent is granted and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate that relates to any building work, other than demolition, excavation, piling, shoring and ancillary work for construction purposes including site hoardings and temporary site sheds that relates to works contained in DA-152/2021/B.


More Definitions of Development Consent

Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act and means Council’s approval of the Development Application described in Item 3 of the Schedule; “Development Contribution” means the amount of money referred to in Item 5 of the Schedule.
