Standards and Codes definition

Standards and Codes means the following, as applicable to each Product: UL 1741; UL 60950-1; EN 60950-1; CSA22.2 No. 60950-1; IEC 60950-1; IEEE1547, FCC Part 15 Class B; ANSI C12.1, C12.10, C12.20, C37.90.1; and any other similar standards and codes compliance with which is either mandatory under applicable Law or standard for such type of equipment based on industry standards as such were in place at the time the Product was delivered to Buyer at the Delivery Point in the Territory.
Standards and Codes means the following, as applicable to each Product: UL 1741; UL 60950-1; EN 60950-1; CSA22.2 No. 60950-1; IEC 60950-1; IEEE1547, FCC Part 15 Class B; ANSI C12.1, C12.10, C12.20, C37.90.1; and any other similar standards and codes compliance with which is either mandatory under applicable Law or standard for such type of equipment based on industry standards as such were in place at the time the Product was delivered to Vivint Solar at the Delivery Point.
Standards and Codes means, collectively, all standards and codes applicable to the Services and the design, engineering, fabrication, installation and start-up of the PEM System.

Examples of Standards and Codes in a sentence

  • Seller shall at all times comply, and shall ensure that the Products when delivered comply, with all Laws and Standards and Codes applicable to the design, manufacture and intended use of the Products, the delivery thereof, and the performance by Seller of its other obligations hereunder.

  • Vivint shall at all times comply, and shall ensure that the Products, when delivered, comply, with all Laws and Standards and Codes applicable to the design, manufacture and intended use of the Products, the delivery of the Products, and the performance by Vivint of its other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Should Seller tender Products at the Delivery Point that fail to comply with the then-effective Laws or Standards and Codes, Buyer shall have the right to reject such non-conforming Products pursuant to Section 5.2.

  • In the event that any change in any applicable Law or Standards and Codes applicable to the Products or their manufacturing are enacted or otherwise approved after the Effective Date and such change requires or makes advisable any modifications in the design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, operation or other use of the Products, Buyer or Seller, as the case may be, shall reasonably promptly notify the other thereof in writing upon its discovery of such change in Laws or Standards and Codes.

  • Vivint Solar shall at all times comply with all Laws and Standards and Codes applicable to the installation and operation of the Products and the performance by Vivint Solar of its other obligations under this Agreement.

  • This Agreement is subject to all valid orders, laws, rules and regulations of duly constituted governmental authorities having jurisdiction or control over the Parties, their facilities or Gas supplies, this Agreement or any provisions hereof.

  • In the event that a change in any Law or Standards and Codes requires substantial modifications to a Product’s design, materials or its manufacturing process (operational expenditures, but not capital expenditures) then the Parties shall promptly meet and work to resolve the cost of any such modifications and how it might impact the overall price for the Product.

  • Seller shall at all times comply, and shall assure that the Modules at the time of delivery comply, in all material respects, with all Laws and Standards and Codes applicable to the design and/or manufacture of the Modules, the delivery thereof, and the performance by Seller of its other obligations hereunder, including all Laws and Standards and Codes relating to hazardous, toxic and similar substances and the protection of the environment.

  • Where appropriate the design is executed to comply with all relevant British Standards and Codes of Practice as administered by the District Surveyor of the Corporation of London.

  • The Works and any testing shall be performed in accordance with the latest revision of the relevant Australian Standards and Codes unless specifically required by the Contract, together with the Company’s Safety Management System.

Standards and Codes means, collectively, XX 0000, XXX 61730, IEC 61215, CEC, Class C Fire Rating and IEC labeled for application at up to 1000V maximum system voltage.

Related to Standards and Codes

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:

  • Standards Authority means NERC, and the NERC regional entities with governance over PJM and NYISO, any successor thereof, or any other agency with authority over the Parties regarding standards or criteria to either Party relating to the reliability of Transmission Systems.

  • safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations means all duly promulgated applicable federal, State and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Conduct Regulations means the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003;

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;
