Specified Office means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the Registrar or a Transfer Agent the office identified with its name at the end of the Conditions or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Noteholders pursuant to Clause 9.10;
Specified Office of any Agent means the office specified against its name in Schedule 2 (The Specified Offices of the Agents) or, in the case of any Agent not originally party hereto, specified in its terms of appointment (or, in the case of a Calculation Agent which is a Dealer, specified for the purposes of clause 8 (Calculation Agent) of the Dealer Agreement) or such other office in the same city or town as such Agent may specify by notice to the Issuer and the other parties hereto in accordance with Clause 13.8 (Changes in Specified Offices).

A Block Voting Instruction shall be valid only if it is deposited at the Specified Office of the Fiscal Agent, or at some other place approved by the Fiscal Agent, at least 24 hours before the time fixed for the relevant Meeting or the Chairman decides otherwise before the Meeting proceeds to business.
