Facility Office definition

Facility Office means the office or offices notified by a Lender to the Agent in writing on or before the date it becomes a Lender (or, following that date, by not less than five Business Days’ written notice) as the office or offices through which it will perform its obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Facility Office

Facility Office means the office of the Liquidity Provider presently located in New York, New York or such other office as the Liquidity Provider from time to time shall notify the Borrower as its Facility Office hereunder; provided that the Liquidity Provider shall not change its Facility Office to another Facility Office outside the United States of America except in accordance with Section 3.01, 3.02 or 3.03 hereof or with the prior consent of United Airlines, Inc.

Facility Office means, in relation to the Agent, the office identified with its signature below or such other office as it may select by notice and, in relation to any Bank, the office notified by it to the Agent in writing prior to the date hereof (or, in the case of a Transferee, at the end of the Transfer Certificate to which it is a party as Transferee) or such other office as it may from time to time select by notice to the Agent.
