Solicitation Process definition

Solicitation Process means the process by which the Owner advertises for and selects the Contractor for the performance of services and the Work.
Solicitation Process means the bondholder consent solicitation process which AB InBev has requested SABMiller to conduct with regard to SABMiller’s US$300,000,000 6.625% guaranteed notes due 2033; Transaction has the meaning given to it in Recital (A);

More Definitions of Solicitation Process

Solicitation Process means the review of submitted Grant Applications to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of Grant Applications submitted to achieve Grant Project goals. Grant Applications received which meet the minimum eligibility requirements will entered the Selection Process. The result of the Selection Process will be funding recommendations to the Selection Authority.

  • Solicitation means the document issued by the System Agency (including any published addenda, exhibits, and Attachments) under which the goods or Services provided under the Contract were initially requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids including an Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Negotiated Request for Proposal, or Request for Expression of Interest;

  • Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.

  • Solicitations means ITBs and RFPs.

  • Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

  • Bid Solicitation Agent means the Company or the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent.

  • Solicitation Documents means the bid solicitation documents or any other documents for solicitation of offers proposals or quotations;

  • Random selection process means a process by which currently income-eligible households are selected for placement in affordable housing units such that no preference is given to one applicant over another except for purposes of matching household income and size with an appropriately priced and sized affordable unit (e.g., by lottery).

  • Competitive Process means a formal sealed, electronic, or web-based bid procedure used for all nonclaims related purchases for goods and services over fifty thousand dollars.   • Solicitation Document means the Request for Quotes, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or any other written document issued by OSU that outlines the required specifications necessary to submit a responsive quote, bid, proposal, or any other response;
