Bid Solicitation Agent means the Company or the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 13.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person who is required to obtain bids for the Trading Price in accordance with Section 5.01(C)(i)(2) and the definition of “Trading Price.” The initial Bid Solicitation Agent on the Issue Date will be the Company; provided, however, that the Company may appoint any other Person (including any of the Company’s Subsidiaries) to be the Bid Solicitation Agent at any time after the Issue Date without prior notice.

More Definitions of Bid Solicitation Agent

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Company or such other Person as may be appointed, from time to time, by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Securities in accordance with Section 4.01(b)(2) hereof. Initially, the “Bid Solicitation Agent” means the Company.

Bid Solicitation Agent means such Person (other than any Affiliate of the Company) as the Company may designate as Bid Solicitation Agent from time to time, and shall initially mean the Trustee.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person who shall solicit and obtain bids for the Trading Price in accordance with Section 10.01(b)(ii) and the definition of Trading Price set forth herein. The initial Bid Solicitation Agent shall be the Company, and the Company shall have the right to thereafter appoint any other Person to be the Bid Solicitation Agent without prior notice.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person appointed by the Company, from time to time, to solicit secondary market bid quotations for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 4.01(b)(ii) hereof. The Company will be the initial Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the agent of the Company appointed to obtain quotations for the Securities as set forth under the definition of Trading Price, which such agent shall be appointed no later than the first Contingent Interest Period and shall at no time be an Affiliate of the Company. The Company may, from time to time, change the Bid Solicitation Agent.

Bid Solicitation Agent means the Company or the Person appointed by the Company to solicit bids for the Trading Price of the Notes in accordance with Section 14.01(b)(i). The Company shall initially act as the Bid Solicitation Agent; provided that the Company may, in its discretion, appoint another person to replace it as Bid Solicitation Agent at any time without prior notice to the Holders.
