Site Preparation Work definition

Site Preparation Work means any work undertaken by OpenNet to permit Co-location;
Site Preparation Work. Defined in Section 5.1. State: The State of North Carolina.
Site Preparation Work means work on the leased premises to include clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, classified fill and back fill, a crushed aggregate base course and utility extensions.

Examples of Site Preparation Work in a sentence

  • SingTel shall use its reasonable endeavours to complete the Site Preparation Work within the estimated Charges.

  • SingTel shall complete the Site Preparation Work within the period advised under clause 5.3. If SingTel is unable to complete the Site Preparation Work within the advised period, SingTel shall promptly notify the Requesting Licensee of a revised date for completion (which, in all the circumstances, shall be within a reasonable period of time).

  • Within five (5) Business Days from the date of notification of the result of the Project Study under clause4.3, the Requesting Licensee shall confirm in writing that it wishes to proceed with Co-Location and it agrees to pay the estimated Charges for Site Preparation Work.

  • Within one (1) Business Day after the completion of the Site Preparation Work, SingTel will notify the Requesting Licensee and request the Requesting Licensee to attend the Co-Location Site for a final site inspection of the Co-Location Space.

  • Subject to delays that may result from suspension of Site Preparation Work under clause 5.1, if SingTel is not able to complete the Site Preparation Work within the timeframe under this clause 5.3, SingTel shall inform the Requesting Licensee of when the Site Preparation Work will be completed.


More Definitions of Site Preparation Work

Site Preparation Work means the following actions with respect to the Project Premises or the Temporary Casino Site, as the case may be: (a) demolition and removal of structures; (b) demolition and removal of surface paving and sidewalks; (c) removal of underground and overhead utility facilities, and capping of any remaining lines as appropriate (including without limitation the removal or capping of all sanitary sewer, storm and drainage facilities); (d) removal of non-soil material, rubble and debris resulting from the foregoing demolition activities and legal disposal at landfills authorized by the State to accept such materials; (e) removal and abatement, to the extent required by controlling applicable law, of all toxic or hazardous substances, materials or wastes, including contaminated soil, if any disclosed by any environmental assessment; and (f) grading of the Project Premises to be level with the adjacent property line grades and proper compaction of all soils, including backfill.
Site Preparation Work means any work undertaken by NetLink Trust to permit the provision of Services related to co-location under Schedules 12, 12A, 12B and 12C, or to permit the provision of relevant Services under Schedule 20;
Site Preparation Work means those activities that are prerequisite to successfully replanting trees, including the removal of downed trees through both mechanical harvesting and lawful prescribed burning, as well as chemical site preparation and post-planting herbaceous weed control.
