Settlement Payment definition

Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
Settlement Payment. ’ means a prelimi- nary settlement payment, a partial settlement payment, an interim settlement payment, a settlement payment on account, a final settle- ment payment, or any other similar payment commonly used in the securities trade; and
Settlement Payment means an Up-MACRO Settlement Payment or a Down-MACRO Settlement Payment, as applicable.

  • The Taxes collected on AEGP’s behalf on primary market Ticket transactions will be included with the Settlement Payment and AEGP shall be solely responsible to remit same to the applicable taxing authority, or, if AXS is required by applicable law to remit such Taxes directly to the taxing authority, then AXS will deduct such Taxes prior to making the Settlement Payment and shall remit them to the taxing authority.

  • Upon payment by the Optionor to the Creditor of the Settlement Payment, the Creditor will promptly, but in any event, no later than two (2) Business Days following payment of the Settlement Payment, discharge all security interest it has in the assets and property of the Optionor and its subsidiaries, and the Optionor and the Creditor agree that until such time as the Settlement Payment is paid by the Optionee in full, the Creditor will remain the senior secured creditor of the Optionor.

  • AXS will deduct the amounts of such refunds and related chargebacks from the next Settlement Payment that becomes due and payable to AEGP.

More Definitions of Settlement Payment

Settlement Payment means the payment to be made via mailed check and/or electronic payment to a Participating Settlement Class Member from the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund.
Settlement Payment means an Up Settlement Payment or a Down Settlement Payment, as applicable.
Settlement Payment means a payment made pursuant to Section 2.1(c).
