Server Environment definition

Server Environment means the Web Site Content, Open Source Software and Tools, and Licensed Software and Tools that make up the presentation layer, business logic layer, and persistence layer.

Server Environment means any computer where more than one person can simultaneously either directly or remotely access the Licensed Software. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of Server includes physical hardware servers located on your premises or in a hosted environment or in a cloud environment, whether or not the physical server is a dedicated machine or a virtual server installation. "Workstation or Desktop" means an attended or remotely controlled computer upon which the Licensed Software is loaded, that is operated by no more than one person at a time.

Server Environment refers to the logical environment assigned in the migration process that is assigned to physical or virtual source and/or Target System Server (for example, “Dev”, “Test”, Prod”);

• Contractor shall maintain daily backups of the Server Environment sufficient to reestablish a fully functional site within 5 business days.

More Definitions of Server Environment

Server Environment means that component of the Gap IT Environment comprised of all Server Equipment, * or * Equipment, and Software, including all aspects of its operation, integration and other interfaces with the Gap IT Environment.
