EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund means the Hazardous Substance Superfund established by the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 9507. “Funded RD ASAOC” for purposes of this Settlement Agreement shall mean an ASAOC for 100% RD between Performing Parties and EPA with an effective date before the later of January 1, 2020 or the end of the applicable Offer Period that includes Disbursement Terms for special account disbursement to Performing Parties and contains the terms and conditions specified in Paragraph 21 and Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Hazardous Substances means any toxic or hazardous substances, materials, wastes, contaminants or pollutants, including asbestos, PCBs, petroleum products and byproducts, and any substances defined or listed as "hazardous substances," "hazardous materials," "hazardous wastes" or "toxic substances" (or similarly identified), regulated under or forming the basis for liability under any applicable Environmental Law.
