Security Documents definition

Security Documents the collective reference to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, the Mortgages and all other security documents hereafter delivered to the Administrative Agent granting a Lien on any property of any Person to secure the obligations and liabilities of any Loan Party under any Loan Document.

Examples of Security Documents in a sentence

  • The Security constituted by the Security Documents in respect of the ETP Securities shall become enforceable upon the occurrence of an Event of Default pursuant to Condition 12 below.

More Definitions of Security Documents

Security Documents means the Collateral Agreement, the Mortgages and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.12 or 5.13 to secure any of the Obligations.

Security Documents means, collectively, (a) the Guarantee, (b) the Pledge Agreement, (c) the Security Agreement, (d) the Mortgages, (e) the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement, (f) if executed, the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement and (g) each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to Section 9.11, 9.12 or 9.14 or pursuant to any other such Security Documents to secure all of the Obligations.
Security Documents means the collective reference to the Guaranty Agreement and the Pledge Agreements and each other agreement or writing pursuant to which the Borrower or the Guarantor pledges or grants a security interest in any property or assets securing the Obligations or any such Person guaranties the payment and/or performance of the Obligations.
