First Lien Security Documents definition

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Security Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Series of First Lien Obligations and, if executed and delivered, the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement.

First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Other First Lien Security Documents.

First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the First Lien Obligations).

Examples of First Lien Security Documents in a sentence
