Sales Order definition

Sales Order means any order form or other writing agreed between Customer and Reseller Partner identifying the Services to be made available by Expel pursuant to this Agreement, the subscription term, and any limitations or restrictions in connection with Customer’s access to and use of such Services.
Sales Order means a request by you to receive the Services or a change or variation in respect of the same (but not a disconnection) which is submitted either (i) using the Order Form as made available to you by us, and/or (ii) such a request made orally and which is converted into an Order Form by us, which in either case shall constitute an offer by you for the provision of the Services subject to the terms of this Agreement;
Sales Order means the sales order form, statement of work, or other written document detailing the Products and Services being procured by Customer, and which references this MSA.

Examples of Sales Order in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Sales Order, all Fees are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.

  • Unless specified otherwise in the applicable Sales Order, the Customer will make all payments within thirty (30) days of receipt of Komo’s invoice.

  • Each Subscription Term for Subscription Services will commence on the Subscription Start Date, and will continue for the period specified in the Sales Order or, if not so specified, one year (an “Initial Term”).

  • If the Customer terminates this Agreement or any Sales Order for breach in accordance with this Section 8.2, then Komo will refund to the Customer a pro-rata amount of any affected Subscription Services fees prepaid to Komo and applicable to the unutilized portion of the Subscription Term for terminated Subscription Services, and any affected unutilized Professional Services fees prepaid to Komo.

  • If the breach has not been cured within the period ending 30 days after the receipt of such notice by the breaching party, and if the non-breaching party provides written notice of termination to the breaching party (“Termination Notice”), then this Agreement or any such Sales Order will terminate within the time period specified in the Termination Notice.


More Definitions of Sales Order

Sales Order means the sales order form, statement of work, or other written document for the Products and Services that is either (A) executed between Adobe and Customer; or (B) if no such documents are executed between Adobe and Customer and Customer is purchasing through an Adobe Partner, executed between Customer and the Adobe Partner.
Sales Order means any acceptance, acknowledgement or confirmation of a Purchase Order confirmed in writing by the Seller or its authorised representatives to which these Terms of Supply are attached and issued to the Buyer;

Sales Order means any mutually agreed, written sales order, executed on behalf of Xxxx and the Customer including its exhibits and addenda, describing the Subscription Services, Support Program, Professional Services (if applicable), fees, and any special terms for using the Services that the Customer has ordered. Each Sales Order becomes effective when executed by both Xxxx and the Customer, and is made part of this Agreement as described in Section 1.2.

Sales Order means those certain documents executed by OEM and accepted by Licensor from time to time detailing among other things: (i) the Software licensed and the term of such license, (ii) the type of licenses being purchased, including such items as whether the license is for OEM to provide the Bundled Software to End Customers through On-Premise and/or SaaS Access use, etc.; (iii) the amounts due; (iv) the Territory; (v) whether the Software is licensed for internal use by OEM in accordance with Section 2.2.2 hereof; (vi) the number of Authorized Users granted access to the Software; (vii) the number of Authorized Servers; (viii) the OEM Software and (ix) the Business Scope for which the Software is licensed.
