  • Note: You agree to be charged a fee where it is established that Roadside Assistance could have been avoided in cases such as keys being locked in the vehicle, depleted batteries caused by lights having been left on and other such similar occurrences.

  • If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge.

  • Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.
