Government assistance means a grant, loan, or tax increment financing that result in a financial benefit from an agency, commission, instrumentality, or other entity of the District government.
Government assistance means any and all services, medical care, benefits and financial assistance that may be provided by any county, state or federal agency, now or in the future, to or on behalf of a Beneficiary.
