Returned Products definition

Returned Products means Products which Customer has deemed are in need of Repair Services.

Returned Products means any Muscarinic Products based on Primary Selected Muscarinic Compounds and their respective Back-Up Selected Muscarinic Compounds, rights to which revert to ACADIA pursuant to Section 6.2(a)(i).

Returned Products means any Products sold by Seller before the Execution Date and returned to Purchaser. Returned Products shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Retained Liabilities.

Returned Products means Products returned under your right to cancel (clause 9) or because they are faulty (clause 10).

Returned Products means Disposable Kits (1) returned by non-Affiliate third parties to whom the Disposable Kits were sold and (2) for which Celsion has fully refunded to the third party (or extended a credit for) all consideration received for the returned Disposable Kits (with the exception of reasonable and customary shipping or handling charges, if applicable).
