Required Balance definition

Required Balance has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement.
Required Balance means the balance of the relevant Customer's Account or the designated account (as the case may be), which shall be debited by the Bank for providing the relevant type of Funds Transfer Service according to an Instruction, which comprises of the requested Transferred Funds and the applicable Service Charges.

Examples of Required Balance in a sentence

  • To the extent such aggregate fair market value of such assets exceeds the greater of (a) 102% of the Obligations and (b) the Trust Required Balance as of the last day of such month, the Reinsurer may request the Trustee with the consent of the Company to effect the withdrawal of such excess from the Trust Account, such of the Company not to be unreasonably or arbitrarily withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Required Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount calculated by the Ceding Company equal to (a)(i) [REDACTED] multiplied by (ii) the Base Amount as of such date of determination minus (b) an amount equal to the Unamortized Ceding Commission.
