Republic of China or "Taiwan" means the Republic of China, its territories, its possessions and all areas subject to its jurisdiction;
Republic of China. “ROC” and “Taiwan” shall mean the Republic of China.

Related to Republic of China

  • PRC means the People’s Republic of China.

  • China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.

  • Hong Kong means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

  • Hong Kong” the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC;

  • Macau means the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC.

  • Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.

  • Republic means the Republic of South Africa.

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N.   • Islands (“Ynysoedd”) means the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man;
