Rental Component means the Rental Housing Component described in the Program Guidelines;

  • Subject to the specific provisions of this subsection, AEPC™ shall pay the costs to provide a Rental Component, if required and available, during Un- scheduled Maintenance covered by this Agreement that requires more than ten (10) business days AOG.

  • In the event a Rental Component is provided in connection with any Exclusions, the Client shall be solely responsible for the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts world- wide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™s normal rental charges.

  • AEPC™ has no obliga- tion under this Agreement to pay any costs in connection with the repair, maintenance, or failure of a Rental Component.

  • As a condition to the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their coun- terparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™ furnishing a Rental Component to the Client in connection with maintenance or repair covered hereunder, a Rental Agreement shall be executed between the Client and the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™.

  • THAT the Commissioner of Social and Community Services be authorized to recommend 24 of the 41 units identified in confidential property acquisition Report No. LPS86-16 to the Minister of Housing for receipt of the Region’s 2016 funding under the Rental Component of the Investment in Affordable Housing Extension (IAH-E) program and SIF as set out in Report No. SS-25-16.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Cost of the Work means costs necessarily incurred by the Construction Manager in the proper performance of the Work. Such costs shall be at rates not higher than those customarily paid at the place of the Project except with prior consent of the Owner. The Cost of the Work shall include only the items set forth in this Article 6.
