Class C Component definition

Class C Component. The Component having such designation.

Class C Component means, in respect of the Class X Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €3,000,000 principal amount of Class C Notes in respect of each €6,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class X Combination Notes;

Class C Component. With respect to the Class X Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class C Certificates.

Examples of Class C Component in a sentence

• The €1,000,000 principal amount of the Class P Combination Notes issued on the Closing Date will comprise €400,000 principal amount of the Class C Component and €600,000 principal amount of Class E Component.

• The Redemption Price of any Class P Combination Note shall be equal to the sum of the Redemption Prices payable in respect of the Class C Component and the Class E Component.

• The€12,000,000 principal amount of the Class S Combination Notes issued on the Closing Date will comprise€1,000,000 principal amount of the Class C Component and €11,000,000 principal amount of the Class D-3 Component.

• Each Class P Combination Note and Class T Combination Note referred to above consists of two “Components” one of which is either a Class C Component (in respect of the Class P Combination Notes) or a Class E Component (in respect of the Class T Combination Notes) and the other of which is a Class F Component, full details of which are set out in the “ Summary of Terms” below.

Class C Component. The component of the Class X Regular Interest corresponding to the Class C Regular Interest.

Class C Component means, in respect of the Class Q Combination Notes and the Class R Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to the issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as (a) in the case of the Class Q Combination Notes, €6,400,000 in original principal amount of Class C Notes in respect of €8,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class Q Combination Notes, and (b) in the case of the Class R Combination Notes, €4,000,000 in original principal amount of Class C Notes in respect of €5.000.000 in original principal amount of the Class R Combination Notes.

Class C Component means a component of the Class X Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest C.

Class C Component means, in respect of the Class P Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save than relating to the issue and transfer thereof) are the same as €400,000 in original principal amount of the Class C Notes in respect of the €1,000,000 principal of such Class P Combination Notes.
