Examples of Remaining Work in a sentence
No later than ten (10) days following satisfaction of the conditions set out in Part 1 (Conditions Precedent to NTP1) of Schedule 20 (Conditions Precedent to Notices to Proceed), the Department shall issue a notice (NTP2) to the Development Entity authorizing commencement of the Remaining Work.
No later than ten (10) days following satisfaction of the conditions set out in Part 3 (Conditions Precedent to NTP3) of Schedule 20 (Conditions Precedent to Notices to Proceed), the Department shall issue a notice (NTP3) to the Development Entity authorizing commencement of the Remaining Work in respect of the relevant Replacement Bridges.
Owner agrees to grant to Surety the full benefit of future extensions of time and other associated relief, including for excusable delays, under the doctrine of force majeure, or which are otherwise appropriate under the Contract and by law during the performance of the Remaining Work.
In addition to work remaining to be performed under the General Contract, Remaining Work includes each of the following: (1) patent defects, a preliminary list of which is set forth in Exhibit "B" of this Agreement, (2) any latent defects in the work performed by the Principal, and (3) such extra work as is agreed upon by the City and Surety, or as City may otherwise require Surety to perform pursuant to the General Contract, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "C" of this Agreement.
The Engineer shall then review the BU Remaining Work Completion Schedule within the Applicable Review Period and notify the SI whether the BU Remaining Work Completion Schedule has been (i) accepted, or (ii) rejected, and such rejection notice shall include an explanation of the basis for the rejection and a list of modifications that must be made to the proposed BU Remaining Work Completion Schedule.
