Examples of Reinvestment Period in a sentence
After the Reinvestment Period, other than as provided in Section 12.2(a)(ii) below, the Collateral Manager shall not direct the Trustee to invest any amounts on behalf of the Issuer; provided that in accordance with Section 12.2(d), Cash on deposit in any Account (other than the Payment Account) may be invested in Eligible Investments following the Reinvestment Period.
At any time during or after the Reinvestment Period, the Collateral Manager may direct the Trustee to (i) enter into a Bankruptcy Exchange subject to the limitations contained in the definition of “Bankruptcy Exchange”, but not subject to the Investment Criteria; or (ii) apply amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account (as directed by the Collateral Manager in its sole discretion) and/or any Additional Junior Notes Proceeds to one or more Permitted Uses.
On any date during the Reinvestment Period, the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer pursuant to an Issuer Order may, subject to the other requirements in this Indenture, direct the Trustee to invest Principal Proceeds, proceeds of additional notes issued pursuant to Section 2.13 and 3.2, amounts on deposit in the Ramp-Up Account and Principal Financed Accrued Interest, and the Trustee shall invest such Principal Proceeds and other amounts in accordance with such direction.
During the Reinvestment Period, fundings of Delayed Drawdown Collateral Assets and Revolving Collateral Assets shall be made using, first, amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Reserve Account (in an amount equal to the amount on deposit therein with respect to such Delayed Drawdown Collateral Asset or Revolving Collateral Asset), then available Principal Proceeds and finally, borrowing of Advances under Section 2.01.
