If no such organization or successor maintains a rating on the Securities, “Rating Agency” shall be a nationally recognized statistical rating organization or other comparable Person engaged by the Seller, notice of which engagement shall be given to the Trust Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee and the Servicer.
