Rehabilitation Work definition

Rehabilitation Work means the work set out in Schedule “A” of this Agreement to be completed by the Owner.

• The borrower(s) permit the City, its agents or designees to disburse such funds in the manner set forth in the Contract for Rehabilitation Work.

Rehabilitation Work has the meaning given in section 2.1(a)(i) below;
