Examples of public service in a sentence
In performing under this contract, the Contractor shall assure compliance with the Ethics in Public Service Act (Chapter 42.52 Revised Code of Washington), and any other applicable state or federal law related to ethics or conflicts of interest.
The Contractor certifies that the Contractor is now, and shall remain, in compliance with Chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, throughout the term of this Contract.
The above rates shall be adjusted in accordance with any negotiated rates between the SGEU and the Public Service Commission.
The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act situations may arise of an emergency nature.
The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the service seniority hours and date each regular employee commenced employment with the Institute and also showing the date of commencement of employment with the Public Service of British Columbia in accordance with Clause 11.1. A current service seniority list for regular employees as of December 31st will be provided by the Employer to the President of the Union on or before March 31st of the following year.
