Code of Ethics means a statement encompassing the set of rules based on values and the standards of conduct to which suppliers are expected to conform

Code of Ethics or Code shall mean this Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics means the written set of guidelines for ethical conduct by Committee members and support officers, copies of which are available at the offices of the Honor Committee.
