Public Permitted Uses definition

Public Permitted Uses means making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing or distributing 1310 any compliant implementation of a Proposed Standard Specification, 1) only to the extent it 1311 implements the Normative Requirements of the Proposed Standard Specification and 2) so long 1312 as all required portions of the Proposed Standard Specification are implemented. Public Permitted 1313 Uses do not extend to any portion of an implementation that is not included in the Normative 1314 Requirements of a Proposed Standard Specification.

  • Permitted Use , in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of –

  • public purpose means any of the purposes for which land may be reserved under Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997, and any purpose declared by the Governor pursuant to that Act, by notification in the Government Gazette to be a public purpose within the meaning of that Act;

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.

  • Intended Use means the use of machinery in accordance with the information provided in the instructions for use;

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;
