Proposed Material means Plasmids provided by the Depositor Institution to ASU for ASU’s consideration for inclusion in the Repository.

Examples of Proposed Material in a sentence

  • From time to time, Depositor Scientists may identify Proposed Material that they wish to store in the Repository.

  • Upon receipt of the Depositor Authorized Representative’s written permission (which may be provided via email), ASU will notify the Depositor Scientist and/or Depositor Authorized Representative who submitted the Plasmid Deposit Form that he/she may submit the Proposed Material to the Repository to be assessed by ASU.

  • Proposed Material Modifications to the NYS Power System Pursuant to the requirements of applicable provisions of the ISO OATT, ISO Related Agreements and ISO Procedures, the ISO shall evaluate the impact of any proposed material modification to the NYS Power System.

  • Upon receipt of a Plasmid Deposit Form, ASU will send the Depositor Authorized Representative an e-mail alert requesting permission for ASU’s receipt, testing, replication, and distribution of the Proposed Material identified in the Plasmid Deposit Form.

  • From time to time, Depositor Institution may wish to provide Proposed Material to the Repository that is subject to (a) material transfer agreements with third parties, (b) license agreements with third parties, or (c) other limitations such as time limits for testing by Recipient Institution pursuant to which the Depositor Material can only be provided to Recipient Institutions subject to the Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement attached as Exhibit B with appropriate addendum.

  • If the AEDB does not object to such certificate on or before the end of the fifteen (15) Business Days period provided for herein, as the case may be, it shall be deemed not to have objected to the Proposed Material Amendment and such Proposed Material Amendment shall be deemed approved.

  • If the GOP does not object to such certificate on or before the end of the fifteen (15) Business Days period provided for herein, as the case may be, the GOP shall be deemed not to have objected to the Proposed Material Amendment.

Related to Proposed Material

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Proposed permit means a VSMP permit prepared after the close of the public comment period (and, when applicable, any public hearing and administrative appeals) that is sent to EPA for review before final issuance. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.

  • Proposed Plan As defined in Section 3.17(a)(iii).

  • Proposed Contract means the agreement including any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in this RFP that may be executed between the DBSA and the successful Bidder.

  • Project Proposal is the final and written description of the Project as described in Exhibit A, to be undertaken by Sub-recipient for which the Project Funds is granted and performance is required and monitored pursuant to this PFA.

  • Proposed Change has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c).

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Pyrophoric material means any liquid that ignites spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130° F (54.4° C) or solid, other than one classed as an explosive, which under normal conditions is liable to cause fires through friction, retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be ignited readily and, when ignited, burns so vigorously and persistently as to create a serious transportation, handling, or disposal hazard. Included are spontaneously combustible and water-reactive materials.

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
