SaaS Services definition

SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

SaaS Services means the hosted solution made available by Accenture for Client’s access and use on a subscription basis, as detailed in the Service Order. The term “SaaS Services” includes any modifications, enhancements, additions, extensions, translations and derivative works thereof. The SaaS Services do not include Client Content or any Client-provided third-party software;

Examples of SaaS Services in a sentence

• SailPoint shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the SaaS Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by Customer, including Users, relating to the operation of the SaaS Services.

• All SaaS Services or Other Services purchased by Customer through either SailPoint or a Partner shall be governed exclusively by this SaaS Agreement and the applicable Order.

• SailPoint represents and warrants that (i) SailPoint has validly entered in this SaaS Agreement and has the legal power to do so, and (ii) SailPoint will provide the SaaS Services in a professional manner consistent with general industry standards and that the SaaS Services will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation.

• Customer may purchase SaaS Services directly with SailPoint by executing an Order, or through a Partner, pursuant to an ordering document agreed to by Customer and Partner.

• Customer is responsible for reviewing the information made available by SailPoint relating to data security and making an independent determination as to whether the SaaS Services meet Customer’s requirements and legal obligations under Data Protection Laws.

More Definitions of SaaS Services

SaaS Services means AvePoint providing Hosted Licensed Property by means of SaaS services so that Customer may access the Hosted Licensed Property via the internet, along with certain support services, as specified in the Agreement and its Amendments.

SaaS Services means the Services performed by Contractor to host the SaaS Application to provide the functionality listed in the Documentation.

SaaS Services the 8x8 Virtual Office and 8x8 Virtual Contact Center services (whether stand-alone, included in 8x8 Editions, 8x8 X Series, or otherwise bundled with other services), including all components thereof.
