Procurement Plans definition

Procurement Plans means, collectively, the procurement plans prepared by each of MAFF, MOH, and NCDM for its Respective Part of the Project, each dated February 14, 2008 and adopted by XXXX, MOH, and NCDM on February 14, 2008 and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Procurement Plans means the Borrower’s procurement plans for: (i) Part A of the Project; and (ii) Part B of the Project, all dated June 2, 2004 covering the initial 18 month period (or longer) of Project implementation, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.02 to this Agreement, to cover succeeding 18 month periods (or longer) of Project implementation;
Procurement Plans means the procurement plans prepared by IBGE and MoH, both dated May 31, 2005, covering the initial 18 month period (or longer) of implementation of Parts A and C of the Project respectively, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.02 to this Agreement, to cover succeeding 18 month periods (or longer) of Project implementation;

More Definitions of Procurement Plans

Procurement Plans means, collectively:, (a) the procurement plan dated February 7, 2007, prepared by MARD PCU in respect of Parts A, C.1, C.2(a) and C.3(a) of the Project; and (b) the procurement plan dated February 7, 2007, prepared by MOH PCU in respect of Parts B, C.2(b) and C.3(b) of the Project, referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs; and a “Procurement Plan” means either of said Plans.
Procurement Plans mean the Borrower’s and the Project Implementing Entity’s procurement plans for the Project, dated April 28, 2009 and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Procurement Plans means, collectively, the Borrower’s procurement plans dated December 30, 2009 for Liaoning, and dated March 15, 2010 for Shandong, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
