Principal Paying Agent definition

Principal Paying Agent means the Principal Paying Agent as specified in § 2 (1) of the General Conditions.

Principal Paying Agent means any Person (which may include Banco Santander) authorized by Banco Santander to pay the principal of, or any premium or interest on, or any Additional Amounts with respect to, the debt securities of any series on behalf of Banco Santander.
