Preparatory Work definition

Preparatory Work means work which it is reasonable for a person to undertake—
Preparatory Work is work performed in preparation for the Tenant Improvements, including, without limitation, demolition, removal and replacement of systems and materials and common area and restroom work. If all or a part of the Preparatory Work benefits more than one tenant, the cost of such Preparatory Work shall be prorated by area to each tenant so benefited. In no event will this Paragraph 7 increase Tenant’s payment obligations under the Lease.
Preparatory Work means, except as otherwise provided herein, work of a preliminary nature undertaken by City staff, including, without limitation, survey and field inspection work, review of engineering plans and specifications and other related work, that precede, and are required to establish, the Make-Ready Work in order to facilitate the attachment and/or installation of the Licensee Facilities in, on or about Poles and/or Conduits.

More Definitions of Preparatory Work

Preparatory Work means any work that We are contracted to do prior to installation of the Goods.
Preparatory Work means all supporting task including supply and engineering services to be conducted in order for the Access Seeker to Co-Locate in Access Provider’s premises;
