Policy Grievance definition

Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Policy Grievance is defined as a difference between the parties relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. A policy grievance may be submitted by either party at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. A policy grievance shall be signed by a CLAC Representative and submitted to the Employer. A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.
Policy Grievance is defined as one which alleges a misinterpretation or violation of a provision of this agreement and which could not otherwise be resolved at lower steps of the grievance procedure because of the nature or scope of the subject matter of the grievance.

Policy Grievance is defined as one, which involves a question relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. The Union or the Employer may initiate a Policy Grievance beginning at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure.
