Plan Approval definition

Plan Approval means Installation Permit;
Plan Approval means Installation Permit; and
Plan Approval means the approval of this Plan by the Pre-Bankruptcy Creditors at the General Creditors’ Meeting, under the terms of art. 45, 45-A or 58, §1 of the LFR. For purposes of this Plan, the Amendment Approval shall occur on the date of the General Creditors’ Meeting that approves the Plan. In the event of approval under the terms of art. 58, §1 of the LFR, the Plan Approval shall be deemed to occur on the date of the decision that grants the Judicial Recovery.

Examples of Plan Approval in a sentence

  • All Improvements, as outlined in the Cost of Construction PE Estimate and Site Improvements Plan, will be installed and completed within two (2) years from Plat or Final Site Plan approval (the “Completion Period”), with the exception of Improvements guaranteed by a Permit Hold, which requires that Improvements be completed within six (6) months.

  • The Project shall be implemented and constructed on the Property through issuance of Development Approvals, in the form of those additional project permits and approvals required by the City Code, state or federal law, the PCI Plan and this Agreement, as applicable, to implement and allow construction of the PCI Plan and infrastructure or improvements required as conditions of PCI Plan approval and this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, development of the Project shall be vested to and governed by the terms and conditions of PCI Plan approval, including deviations approved therein, and City Development Regulations in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Critical areas and their buffers may be modified from those shown on Sheet , Exhibit “C” only as allowed by the conditions of PCI Plan approval (including any deviations), and otherwise only in compliance with the City’s Critical Areas Ordinance (“CAO”) as codified as Ch. 19.12 of the SMC.

  • These buffer impacts are allowed by SMC 19.12.160.C, SMC 19.12.170.H, 19.08.560.B, and SMC 17.20.050.I and/or were approved in connection with the PCI Plan approval.


More Definitions of Plan Approval

Plan Approval means approval by the City, acting only in its governmental capacity, pursuant to the Glendale City Code and any other Applicable Law.
Plan Approval means the certification conferred by the Department acknowledging that a local government has prepared, submitted to the regional development center for review, and has received written approval from the Department that their plan, plan amendment, or short-term work program update meets the minimum standards and procedures and may be adopted.
