Approval by the CITY definition

Approval by the CITY or like term used in this Agreement shall in no way relieve the DEVELOPER from any duties or responsibilities under the terms of this Agreement, or obligation State or local law or regulation.

Examples of Approval by the CITY in a sentence

  • Approval by the CITY shall not constitute nor be deemed a release of the responsibility and liability of the COLLECTOR, its employees, associates, agents, subcontractors and sub- consultants for the competency of their work; nor shall such approval be deemed to be an assumption of such responsibility by the CITY for any work by the COLLECTOR, its employees, associates, agents, subcontractors, and sub-consultants.

  • The COGEN Plant was not included in the Environmental Impact Report or the Project Entitlements, and is subject to Discretionary Approval by the CITY unless such approval is explicitly preempted under existing law.

Related to Approval by the CITY

  • Consents means any consents, waivers or approvals from, or notification requirements to, any third parties.

  • Approval of a vehicle means the approval of a vehicle type with regard to sound;

  • Approval Authority means the authority of a Member State with competence for all aspects of the approval of a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit or of the individual approval of a vehicle; for the authorisation process, for issuing and, if appropriate, withdrawing approval certificates; for acting as the contact point for the approval authorities of other Member States; for designating the technical services and for ensuring that the manufacturer meets his obligations regarding the conformity of production;

  • Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.

  • Life-threatening means that the subject was at immediate risk of death from the AE as it occurred or it is suspected that use or continued use of the product would result in the subject’s death. ‘Life-threatening’ does not mean that had an AE occurred in a more severe form it might have caused death (eg, hepatitis that resolved without hepatic failure).
