Parking Structures definition

Parking Structures means the City-owned parking structures known as the College Street Parking Garage (located at located at 60 College Street) and the Lakeview Parking Garage (located at 41 Cherry Street) that function as a single facility.

  • The allocation of the Parking Devices between the Parking Structure Devices and the Surface Parking Devices shall be at Landlord’s sole discretion; provided, however, that such Parking Devices shall be allocated first to the Parking Structure Devices, and shall only be allocated to the Surface Parking Devices to the extent there no room in the Parking Structures to accommodate the holders of the Parking Structure Devices, as determined by Landlord.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that all parking at the Project (including, without limitation, the number of parking spaces available in the Parking Structure(s) (as defined below) and in the balance of the Project shall be required at all times to satisfy all Legal Requirements for the Project.

  • Tenant’s use of the Parking Structures shall be at no additional charge to Tenant during the Term, but shall in all instances be subject to such terms, conditions and regulations as are from time to time applicable to patrons of the Parking Structures.

  • In connection with their use of the Additional Required Parking, Tenant's employees shall comply with the terms of the City Parking Lease and any rules and regulations promulgated by the City or the operators of the City Parking Structures.

  • Provided Tenant complies with the terms of this Section 10.32, Tenant may, at its risk and expense, install, operate and maintain the equipment shown on Exhibit G (collectively, the “Rooftop Equipment”) on the roof of each Building in which any portion of the Premises are located and each of the Parking Structures, in each case in the location set forth on Exhibit G or as otherwise approved by Landlord.

Parking Structures. The minimum illuminance level for parking structures is 5 foot-candles as measured on the floor with a uniformity ratio of 10:1. H.
Parking Structures means parking structures SB-PP-1, JN-PP-1, JS-PP-1, SA- PP-1, MW-PP-11, and MW-PP-2, as further described in the Approvals.
Parking Structures means that portion of the Permanent Casino Complex described in Exhibit H-4.

Related to Parking Structures

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building Systems The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”), security, life-safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building up to the point of connection of localized distribution to the Premises.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
