Parking Fees definition

Parking Fees means the fees charged by the Lessor at the rate set out in Item 17 in Schedule II in terms of Clause 9.2;
Parking Fees means the portion of an Airline’s Annual Contribution determined in accordance with Section 4.4.
Parking Fees means the parking fees payable by Customer to CPA for the specific number of Parking Sessions during a Contract Month within a particular Parking Lot, as specified within this Contract;

Examples of Parking Fees in a sentence

  • Such Parking Fees shall be payable monthly commencing with the first installment of Base Rent due under the Lease.

  • If the Commencement Date is other than the first day of a calendar month, the first installment of the Parking Fees shall be prorated on the basis of a thirty (30) day calendar month.

  • Licensee shall have no right to elect to reduce its number of Licensee’s Parking Spaces and shall be responsible for the Parking Fees (defined below) for such spaces regardless of whether its Occupants use Licensee’s Parking Spaces.

More Definitions of Parking Fees

Parking Fees means the parking fees set by CPA for a particular Parking Lot and, if a Reserved Stall is set out in the Agreement Details section of this Agreement, the Reserved Stall used by the Customer;
