Contract Month definition

Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

• Group is required to provide coverage for You until the end of the Contract Month in which the termination notice or other such notice, if any, permitted by applicable law or regulatory guidance, is received by HMO.

More Definitions of Contract Month

Contract Month means the period commencing at 06:00 hours on the first day of a calendar month and ending at 06:00 hours on the first day of the following calendar month, except the first Contract Month shall commence at 06:00 hours on the Start Date and end at 06:00 hours on the first day of the following calendar month, and the last Contract Month shall end on the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Contract Month means any one calendar month and two or more such months being referred to as “Contract Months”;

Where the commencement date for the provision of a Service to a Delivery Point is not the first Day of a calendar month, the first Contract Month in respect of that Delivery Point shall be the period beginning at 6:30am on the first Day on which the Service is to be provided and ending at 6:30am on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month and conversely where the last Day for a Service is not the last Day of a calendar month.

Contract Month means a period of the term of this Agreement beginning at 0500 hours on the first day of the Supply Period and ending at 0500 hours on the first day of the next succeeding calendar month and each month thereafter.

Contract Month or “Month” means a calendar month commencing at 0600 hours on the first Day of that calendar month and ending at 0600 hours on the first Day of the following calendar month.
