Other Consultant definition

Other Consultant means a registered or licensed Professional Engineer, Architect or other specialist, other than the Consultant, engaged directly by the Client in connection with the Project.

More Definitions of Other Consultant

Other Consultant means, in respect of the Project or a particular Phase, a Person, other than the Consultant, that is engaged by the Builder to provide consulting and related services related to the Construction of the Project or such Phase, as the case may be, including without limitation those named in Section 3.03;
Other Consultant means a Developer Representative who is not a Design Professional, competitively selected (or otherwise previously approved by County pursuant to Section 2.06) and recommended by Developer to be qualified to perform the required services, duly licensed in the State of California, as applicable, and who is approved by County, with whom Developer enters into an Other Consultant Agreement.
