Original Reference Rate definition

Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.
Original Reference Rate means the benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) originally specified in the applicable Final Terms for the purposes of determining the relevant Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) in respect of the Notes (provided that if, following one or more Benchmark Events, such originally specified Reference Rate (or any Successor Rate or Alternative Rate which has replaced it) has been replaced by a (or a further) Successor Rate or Alternative Rate and a Benchmark Event subsequently occurs in respect of such Successor Rate or Alternative Rate, the term “Original Reference Rate” shall include any such Successor Rate or Alternative Rate);
Original Reference Rate means the benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) originally specified for the purpose of determining the relevant Rate of Interest (or any relevant component part(s) thereof) on the Notes.

Examples of Original Reference Rate in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to the Issuer’s obligations under the provisions of this Condition 3(d), the Original Reference Rate and the fallback provisions provided for in Conditions 3(b) will continue to apply unless and until the party responsible for determining the Rate of Interest (as specified in the applicable Final Terms) has been notified of the Successor Rate or the Alternative Rate (as the case may be), and of any Adjustment Spread and/or Benchmark Amendments.


More Definitions of Original Reference Rate

Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified Reference Rate used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.
Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes;
Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Instruments or, if applicable, any other Successor or Alternative Rate (or any component part thereof) determined and applicable to the Instruments pursuant to the earlier operation of Condition 3.10.
Original Reference Rate means the benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) originally specified for the purpose of determining the relevant Rate of Interest (or any relevant component part(s) thereof) on the Notes (provided that if, following one or more Benchmark Events, such originally specified Reference Rate (or any Successor Rate or Alternative Rate which has replaced it) has been replaced by a (or a further) Successor Rate or Alternative Rate and a Benchmark Event subsequently occurs in respect of such Successor Rate or Alternative Rate, the term “Original Reference Rate” shall be deemed to include any such Successor Rate or Alternative Rate);
Original Reference Rate means the benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) originally specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement for the purposes of determining the relevant Rate of Interest (or any component part(s) thereof) in respect of the Notes or (if applicable) any other Successor Rate or Alternative Rate (or any component part(s) thereof) determined and applicable to the Notes pursuant to the earlier operation of this Condition 7.11;
Original Reference Rate means the benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) originally specified for the purpose of determining the relevant Rate of Interest (or any relevant component part(s) thereof) on the Covered Bonds, including Relevant Rate and CMS Rate.
Original Reference Rate means EURIBOR;
