LIBOR Applicable Margin definition

LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date, the Applicable Margin used to determine the LIBOR Rate as determined from time to time in accordance with the definition of “Applicable Margin”.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing, the Applicable Margin in effect for such Eurocurrency Borrowing as determined in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.

Examples of LIBOR Applicable Margin in a sentence

  • Any adjustment to the LIBOR Applicable Margin and Base Rate Applicable Margin shall be effective as of the first day of the calendar month immediately following the month during which the Borrower delivers to the Administrative Agent the applicable compliance certificate pursuant to Section 8.2(iv).

  • If the Borrower fails to deliver a compliance certificate in accordance with Section 8.2(iv), the LIBOR Applicable Margin and the Base Rate Applicable Margin shall equal the percentages corresponding to a Consolidated Leverage Ratio of 55% or greater until the first day of the calendar month immediately following the month that the required compliance certificate is delivered.

  • Thereafter, such LIBOR Applicable Margin and Base Rate Applicable Margin shall be adjusted from time to time as set forth in this definition.

  • If a rating agency upgrade results in a decrease in the ABR Applicable Margin, LIBOR Applicable Margin or Facility Fee Rate and if such upgrade is reversed and the affected Applicable Margin is restored within ninety (90) days thereafter, Borrower shall be required to pay an amount to the Lenders equal to the interest differential on the Advances and the differential on the Facility Fees during such period of upgrade.

  • If a rating agency upgrade results in decrease in the ABR Applicable Margin or the LIBOR Applicable Margin or in the Facility Fee Rate and if such upgrade is reversed and the affected Applicable Margin or Facility Fee Rate is restored within ninety (90) days thereafter, Borrower shall be required to pay an amount to the Lenders equal to the interest differential on the Borrowings and the differential on the Facility Fees during such period of upgrade.


More Definitions of LIBOR Applicable Margin

LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the applicable per annum amount then in effect pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means three percent (3.00%) per annum.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Advance, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Advance as determined in accordance with SECTION 2.4 hereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means the applicable margin set forth in the pricing schedule contained in Schedule 8 attached hereto used in calculating the interest rate applicable to LIBOR Advances, subject to the conditions set forth in such Schedule 8 with respect to the effective date of changes in such applicable margins.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means one and sixty-five one hundredths of one percent (1.65%) per annum.
