Original Financing definition

Original Financing means the amount in various currencies equivalent to thirteen million one hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 13,100,000) made available by the Association to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Original Financing Agreement (as hereinafter defined) (Credit 3810 MAU).

More Definitions of Original Financing

Original Financing means the original financing for the Original Project, approved on June 26, 2007 and declared effective by the Association on December 5, 2007.
