New Franchisee definition

New Franchisee means a Person or group of Persons with an Information Services Franchise that was not, nor was any Affiliate thereof, prior to the Effective Date, occupying the Inalienable Property of the City pursuant to an agreement with the City, including but not limited to any agreement entered into pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, or by operation of law.
New Franchisee means an entity that is not, as of the Effective Date and for three years after the Effective Date, operating under the Franchise granted by this Agreement any facilities which have been installed in the Inalienable Property prior to the Effective Date either pursuant to a previous or other franchise from the City or otherwise which have been transferred to the Franchisee’s ownership.
New Franchisee means a Person that is neither an Existing Franchisee nor an Affiliate of Master Franchisee who is licensed by Master Franchisee to open and operate a Burger King Restaurant under a New Franchise Agreement.
