Group of Persons definition

Group of Persons means a group of Persons that would constitute a “group” as determined pursuant to Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Group of Persons means characteristics that identify an individual as a member of a group, which characteristics include without limitation, race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language, birth and nationality;
