natural person of a Party means a natural person who resides in the territory of that Party or elsewhere and who under the law of that Party:
natural person of a Party means a national of one of the Member States of the Union or of Viet Nam, according to their respective legislation;2
natural person of a Party means a national of Singapore, or of one of the Member States of the Union, according to their respective legislation.
