Member State of the European Union definition

Member State of the European Union means any Member State of the European Union and States who are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
Member State of the European Union means a country, state or jurisdiction which is a member of the European Union. "Moody's" means Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or any successor thereto.
Member State of the European Union means those states which are for the time being members of the European Union other than the United Kingdom but excluding any overseas territories belonging to such member state.

Member State of the European Union means Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Member State of the European Union means the Shares held by a Depositary or in which such Depositary is interested in its capacity as a Depositary; means any state that from time to time is, or is deemed to be, a Member State for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008, on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community (as amended or readopted), including (for the avoidance of doubt) any state that is from time to time a member state of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area;
Member State of the European Union means the Republic of Lithuania or any other Member State of the European Union. For the purpose of this Law, “Member State of the European Union” shall also mean member countries of the European Economic Area.
Member State of the European Union means any Member State of the European Union, with the exception of the Kingdom of Denmark.
