The parties will maintain compliance with all statutes and regulations applicable to the products and services contemplated under the Participating Addendum, including all economic sanctions laws, anti- money laundering laws, and trade restrictions imposed by the United States, United Nations, European Union or Canada and U.S. Bank’s policies related thereto.
