Material Additional Work definition

Material Additional Work means any Additional Improvements that constitute material changes in, to or of the Improvements that do not conform to the existing Stadium specifications which have been Approved pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement.

Material Additional Work means any Additional Improvements (i) that do not substantially conform in any material respect to the Permitted Uses or (ii) that constitute changes or alterations in, to or of the Project Improvements that do not conform to the Project Plans which have been Approved pursuant to the terms of this Lease.

Examples of Material Additional Work in a sentence

• Prior to the commencement of any Additional Work and at all times during the performance of such Additional Work and for so long after the completion thereof that any Person has any repair obligations with respect to such Project Improvements Work, in addition to Owner’s Excess/Umbrella Policies, Owner shall cause the Material Additional Work Construction Contractor to obtain, keep and maintain an excess or umbrella liability insurance policy (“Excess/Umbrella Policy for Additional Work”).

• Prior to commencement of any Additional Work and at all times during the performance of such Additional Work and for so long after the completion thereof that any Person has any repair obligations with respect to such Additional Work, in addition to Owner’s GL Policy, Owner shall cause the Material Additional Work Construction Contractor and Owner’s other contractors and subcontractors to obtain keep and maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy (“GL Policy for Additional Work”).
