Local Access definition

Local Access. (whether capitalized or not) means the portion of the Services between a Customer Site and Verizon Facilities and may be provided by Verizon or a third party.

Local Access. - means the intraLATA telecommunications facilities connecting an End User, including an SBCS-designated termination point, to an interexchange carrier's POP within the same LATA, including, but not limited to a Willxxxx XXX.

Examples of Local Access in a sentence

• External factors, including, but not limited to, Local Access issues, are excluded from the measurement.

• Section 2 (Available Versions) describes the characteristics particular to Optimized Service – Access +, and then to the non-Optimized Services – Ethernet Access and Network Services Local Access Service.

• Customer will pay the applicable circuit MRC for any Network Services Local Access Service circuit of DS3 or larger or for any Ethernet Access for a minimum of 12 months, which Customer will pay even if the circuit is cancelled sooner (unless cancelled by Customer for Cause, as defined in Customer’s Agreement).

• Except where explicitly stated otherwise, these terms apply to Optimized Service (denoted with a “+” and sometimes referred to as Rapid Delivery) and non-Optimized Services Ethernet Access and Network Services Local Access Service.

More Definitions of Local Access

Local Access means the connection between a Customer's premises and a point of presence of the Exchange Carrier.

Local Access as defined in Section 7.1 hereof.

Local Access means the connection between the CPE and the Network and may be provided by Orixcom or a Provisioning Entity.
