Licensed Property definition

Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.
Licensed Property means the Licensed Software, the Enabled Content and the Documentation.

  • Unless otherwise requested by Customer, AvePoint shall provide an electronic link to make available to Customer the Licensed Property by electronic download and a licence key to activate the Licensed Property.

  • If Customer purchases a new Licence for the same hosted Licensed Property prior to the end of the Retention Period, Customer data shall remain available to Customer.

Licensed Property means any products or methods related to the reduction of NOx and mercury emissions from cyclone coal-fired boilers, whether owned by Licensor or licensed by Licensor now or hereafter, that are (i) covered by any Valid Claim(s) contained in any of the Patents, and/or (ii) based on the products, processes or methods developed using the Technology.
